We are organizing a new community of faith that lives in the joy of life transformed in the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

 We see a community that enjoys life in the way of Jesus: mutual love, forgiveness, spiritual depth, the refusal to judge others, peacemaking among people, refusing to accept the destruction of our earth, accepting our responsibilities to grow up, and be friends with all.

 We hear God’s call for a community centered in the Whittier neighborhood of Denver.

 We understand God’s compassion for all of  the people of the neighborhood and we believe God wants a congregation which transcends our cultures of race, economic class, and sexual orientation.

 We see the glory of God in a Biblical church. A Biblical church is one that reflects the loving union of the trinity. We share each other’s joy and pain.  We live in love and service with one another and to the community.

Church on Thursday evenings?

 . . . is it OK to worship God on Thursday?

Of course. We can always worship God anywhere. I personally need to be with others as part of God’s people. Something regular. I hope to see you, some kids, some friends on Thursday.
